Cybele and Helios Medallion

A 2nd century BC medallion plate describing the goddess Cybele (Venus) on a chariot, in front of a fire altar, and under a depiction of Helios (Sun). This descends from the Vedic characterization of the Morning Star hanging the Sun on the Tau-cross (horns of Taurus), then resurrecting and pulling him across the sky in her chariot.
